Hi! My name is Nicole Hu from Hutravelstheworld and I quit my job to backpack the world for 10 months. I ended up falling in love with traveling and navigating the world and different cultures that I want other people to have the same experience! Especially in countries that can be harder to travel. I’ve now been to over 50 countries and my wanderlust for exploring more of the world hasn’t faltered.

This year, we trekked the Himalayas in Nepal, explored the north of Pakistan, island hopped in Indonesia, visited ancient wonders in Egypt and Peru and China, and more!
In 2025, we’ll be going to South Africa, China, and Egypt! And there’s more in the works!
2025 Group Trip Schedule
I fell in love with solo traveling to incredible bucket list destinations that are harder to solo travel but so worth it so I want everyone to experience this, regardless of your experience as a solo traveler or backpacker.
I have previously hosted group trips to Pakistan, Egypt, Nepal, China and Indonesia with other likeminded solo travelers in this community I have built.

Here is the itinerary.
Highlights:
- Explore Kathmandu, visit a monastery
- 4 day trek in the Himalayas (not to Everest Base Camp, this trek is not as intense)
- Safari in the Chitwan jungle with rafting and canoeing
